Given that the cars complete one circle in the same time t.

Angularspeed,ω=Anglesubtendedbythecarforonerevolution(2π)Timetaken(t)

Angular speed of first car, ω1=2πt

Angular speed of second car, ω2=2πt

Therefore, the ratio of angular speed of first car to the second car, ω1ω2=2π/t2π/t=11

So, the ratio of angular speed of firts car to the second car is 1:1
