$\text{Length of lacing}=283.5\times cosec{45}^{\circ }$
$=400.9295mm$

Minimum thickness of lacing flat for single lacing system =
$\frac{l}{40}$
$=\frac{400.929}{40}=10.02=11mm$

($\because$ 10.02 mm is minimum required thickness , practically we should choose 12 but here in numerical we can take 11 mm )
