State whether work performed by both the children is equal or different.

Step 2: Formula used,

$Workdone=force\times displacement$

Step 3: Calculation,

$$\begin{gathered} Workdone=force\times displacement \\ =mg\times h \\ =20\times 10\times 10 \\ =2000joule \end{gathered}$$

Work done only depends on the force and the displacement not on the time, So work performed by both the children is equal.
