let radius of lager a'rue be $\gamma$

and smaller circle be $R$

$\frac{5}{12}x\pi r^2=\frac{3}{4}x\pi R^2$

$\frac{\pi R^2}{\pi r^2}=\frac{\frac{5}{14}}{\frac{3}{4}}=\frac{5}{9}\text{ans}$
