Let the radii of the two circle be r1andr2 respectively

They touch externally r1+r2=14

According to the question

πr21+πr22=130π

r21+r22=130

Now (r1+r2)2=r21+r22+2r1r2

142=130+2r1r2[By(i)and(ii)]

2r2r2=196130=66

r1r2=33

(r1r2)2=r21+r222r1r2

=13066=64

r1r2=64=8

Solving equations (i) and (iv) we have

r1=11cm and r2=3cm
