The correct option is D 12
Along the axis, path difference is 3λ and along the bisector, path difference is zero.
In between there are path differences of 2λ and λ which all satisfy the condition of maxima.
In this way, there are 12 maxima on whole circle and between every two maxima, there is a minima. So, the number of minima is also 12.
