The correct option is A clockwise
As current is flowing anti-clockwise in coil P, the coil produces a magnetic field similar to that of a bar magnet with north pole at the bottom surface of the coil. Thus magnetic field enters in the coil Q from bottom. Thus the induced current in coil Q would try to oppose the increase in flux, thus the current in coil Q induced would be clockwise.
