The correct option is A 22mm of Hg
The vapour pressure in the container Y is higher than the vapour pressure in the container X

When the valve is opened, the vapours from the container Y diffuse into container X and condense there.

When the equilibrium is re-established the mass of liquid water in the container Y decreases and the mass of the liquid water in the container X increases.
The final pressures in the two containers will be the same i.e,22mm of Hg
