Mass of P is 2m and Q be 5m because they both have same density.
Now when 200 J is supplies to P,

Expansion in P is ΔLp=LpαΔTp
ΔLp=2Lα2002mc=Lα200mc
Now when 200 J is supplies to Q,
200=mqcΔTP=5mcΔTQ
ΔTQ=2005mc
Expansion in Q is ΔLQ=LQαΔTQ
