The correct option is A $375m^2$

Area of first cross road which is rectangle = $l\times b$

Hence area $=72m\times 3m=216m^2$

Area of 2nd cross road which is rectangle =

$=56m\times 3m=168m^2$

Area of middle part which is square $=3m\times 3m=9m^2$

Area of cross roads $=(216+168)m^2-9m^2$

$=384m^2-9m^2=375m^2$
