$b=$ breadth fo the resulting cuboid $=10cm$
$h=$ height of the resulting cuboid $=10cm$

Surface are of the cuboid $=2(lb+bh+lh)$

$=2(20\times 10+10\times 10+20\times 10){cm}^2$

$=1000{cm}^2$
