Total volume $= 2 \times \frac{250}{3} π$
$= \frac{500}{3} π c m^{3}$

volume of sphere $= \frac{4}{3} π r^{3} = \frac{500}{3} π$
$\Rightarrow r^{3} = 125 c m$
$\Rightarrow r = 5 c m$

T.S.A of sphere $= 4 π r^{2}$
$= 4 π 5^{2}$
$= 100 π c m^{2}$
