The correct option is D 2000 cu cm
As two cubes of side 10 cm are joined on top of each other to form a rectangular prism,
new height of the rectangular prism = 10 cm + 10 cm = 20 cm
Width of the rectangular prism = 10 cm
Length of the rectangular prism = 10 cm
Volume of the new rectangular prism = Length × Width × Height
= 20 ×10 × 10
= 2000 cu cm
