Outcome where the sum of digits is '2' is {(1, 1)}.
Total number of favourable outcomes =1

For an event E,
Probability P(E)=Number of outcomes favorable to ENumber of all possible outcomes of the experiment

P(Sum of digits is '2' ) = 136

Since, for an event P(E)+P(E)=1
P(Sum of digits not '2' )
