When a dice is rolled we get: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 or 6 as outcomes.

It is given that 2 dice are rolled simultaneously.

Therefore, the number of possible outcomes is
6×6=36

Given that multiplication of number of the top of the dice, we get:

The required outcomes are the multiples of 3.


Therefore, the number of possible outcomes are 20.
