Two dices are thrown in simultaneously . How many results are possible for sum of values .

The minimum total which can be got is 1 + 1 = 2 and maximum sum which can be got is 6 + 6 = 12.
All other number between 2 and 12 can be got with different combinations of two numbers. Hence, there are 11 sums (2, 3, 4, 5, ......12) which are got when throwing 2 dice.
