The correct option is C 100 W bulbs is smaller than across 60 W bulb
Given:
The rating of the first bulb is 200 V100 W
The rating of the second bulb is 200 V60 W

The resistance of the first bulb is:
R1=2002100

400 Ω

The resistance of the second bulb is:
R2=200260

20003 Ω

Since the two bulbs are connected in series,
The equivalent resistance of the circuit is:
Req=400+20003
32003

So the current drawn is I=2003200/3=33160

Now, the voltage drop is given as V=IR

So, the voltage will be higher for the higher values of the resistance. So, the bulb of 100 W has less potential as compared to bulb of 60 W.
