The correct option is A 400 W
In series connection with battery,

Power, P=E22R

Substituting the data given in the question,

100=E22R .......(1)

In parallel combination with battery,

Power , P=E2(R2)=2E2R

Substituting (1 in the above equation we get,

P=2×200=400 W
