(A) E.dA=Qε0 , is Gauss' law for electric fields .
Gauss' law states that the total electric flux through a closed surface is equal to 1/ε0 times the magnitude of the net charge enclosed by surface i.e.
ϕ=Qε0
But , the electric flux ϕ linked with a surface A in an electric field E is the surface integral of the electric field over that surface ,
ϕ=E.dA
Hence , E.dA=Qε0
(B) B.dA=0 ,is Gauss' law for magnetic fields .
Gauss' law states that surface integral of magnetic field B over a closed surface A is always zero.
