The correct option is C 6,3
Total number of subsets of set A will be 2m
Total number of subsets of set B will be 2n
Therefore
2m=56+2n
2m2n=23(7)
2n(2mn1)=23(81)
Now 2n=23
n=3 ...(i)
And 2mn1=81
mn=3.
We know that n=3
Therefore
m3=3
m=6
