The correct option is B 2,4 handspans
Say:
One handspan of Jane’s father is equal to her two handspans.

Steps:
In the picture, we can see that on week 1, the plant measures 4 of Jane’s handspans.
If 4 of Jane’s handspan =2 of her father’s handspan, then on week 1, the plant’s length will be 2 of her father’s handspans.
After 2 more weeks, i.e., on week 3, the length of the plant in Jane’s handspan will be 8 handspan, as we calculated in the previous question.
[In week 1, it measured 4 handspan.
In week 2, it will grow by two handspan. So it will be =4+2=6 handspan.
In week 3, it will grow by two handspan. So it will be =6+2=8 handspan.]

Thus, in terms of her father’s handspan, the length will be =4 handspan.
Thus, the correct answer is Option A.
