Assume rope to be

$T=20N$

So amount of force exerted by rope on other person is equal to $T=20N$

$a_{60}=\frac{T}{60}=\frac{20}{60}=0.3m/s^2$

$a_{50}=\frac{T}{50}=\frac{20}{50}=0.4m/s^2$
