The maximum secondary line current without over loading the transformers is,

IL=KVAV=250×103460=543.48 A

In open delta connection,
P1=VI cos (30+ϕ)
P2=VI cos (30ϕ)

Pdelivered=P1+P2=VI[cos(30+ϕ)+cos(30ϕ)]

=2VI cos 30o cos ϕ

=3VLIL cos ϕ

=3×460×543.48×0.8

P=346.41kW
