Solution

Hi,

No, The magnet which is falling through the copper tube will reach after the bar magnet that is falling through air. It is because while falling through the copper tube, magnet flux of the copper tube will change. As a result, emf will get induced in the copper tube. As a result, it will oppose the motion of the bar magnet.
