The correct option is A μ02πd(I12+I22)1/2
As OP is perpendicular to the plane of wires means plane of paper so the magnetic field B1 due to AOB is towards left and filed B2 due to COD is downwards.
Hence, the required field B=B21+B22
or B=(μoI12πd)2+(μoI22πd)2
=μ02πdI21+I22
