The correct option is A 10 cm2
The total surface area of two cubes =2×6 cm2=12 cm2

Area of one face of the cube =1 cm2
Now, if the two cubes are clubbed together to make a cuboid, then two surfaces will be hidden.

So, total surface area of the cuboid =12 cm2(2×1 cm2)
=12 cm22 cm2
=10 cm2
