The velocity of sound increases if the temperature increases.
We know that the velocity of sound in air is given by
v=γRTM

Since fv, for constant wavelength, hence f=kT, where k is a constant.

So, 300=k273+27=k300

or, k=300

Hence, number of beats will be:

b=f2f1=k(273+31273+27)=300(304300)

or, b=300(1+23001)=2 Hz
