The correct option is C 20 μC
As masses are identical so net charge on each mass is Q2.
Here electrostatic force must be balanced by spring force.
Fe=14πϵ0.(Q/2)(Q/2)(0.3m)2=(100 N/m)(0.1 m)
Q2=4×100×(0.1)×(0.3)29×109
Q=20×106 C=20 μC
