Solution

The correct option is A True
The metallic ball which is given a charge of +Q Coloumbs, is actually electrons of charge Q Coloumbs being taken out from it. This resulted in a decrease of mass of the sphere. The total mass of the sphere is reduced by the mass of all electrons being taken out.
The sphere which is given a charge of Q Coloumbs, electrons of total charge Q Coloumbs is injected into the sphere, thus increasing its mass by the mass of the total number of electrons injected inside it. Thus their masses after charging are different.
