Refraction occurs at three surfaces.
Consider refraction at first surface,

1.4v11=1.41+20

Consider refraction from second surface,

1.5v21.4v1=1.51.4

Consider refraction from third surface,

1v31.5v2=11.520

Adding the three equations gives,

1v3=1.41+20+1.51.4+11.520

Therefore, v3=2009cm=22.2cm
