Magnetic field at a distance d due to a straight wire, B=μoI2πd

Magnetic field at point A due to wire P, B1=μoI12πd1=μoI2π(.10)=μoI0.2π (out of page)
Magnetic field at point A due to wire Q, B2=μoI22πd2=μo(2I)2π(.20)=μoI0.2π (into the page)

Thus, total magnetic field at point A is zero as B1=B2 but in opposite direction.
