Supply voltage, V=220V

Lamp A :-
Power , PA=100W
Voltage, VA=220V
Resistance, RA=V2PA=2202100=484Ohm

Lamp B:-
Power, PB=60W
Voltage, VB=200V
Resistance, RB=V2PB=220260=48406Ohm

Ratio of heat produced , HAHB=I2RAI2RB=4844840/6=610=35 (Current will be same as both are in series)
Hence ratio of heat produced in the lamps A and B is 3:5.
