From symmetry, B at P and R should be same. Using Ampere's law,
L0Bdl=μ0i=μ0(kLkL)
B.L=0B=0 hence at P and R, B = 0
Now, let us apply Ampere's law between Q and R.
Here, L0B.dl=μ0kL
BL+0×L=μ0kL ( B is zero at R)
B=μ0k towards right
