The correct option is A congruent
Since, line segments AB and CD are equal and bisects each other,
AO = OC = DO = OB = 3cm

AOC and DOB are formed after joining the end points.
AO = DO
OC = OB
AOC=DOB ..... (Vertically opposite angles)

By SAS criterion for congruency of triangles, AOCDOB.
