Loss in temperature of one liquid is equal to the gain in temperature of another liquid.
$m_{1} . C_{1} . Δ T_{1} = m_{2} . C_{2} . Δ T_{2}$
Given the masses are same
$C_{1} . (30 - 26) = C_{2} . (26 - 20)$
$\frac{c_{1}}{c_{2}} = \frac{6}{4} = 3 / 2$
