Let 3030 kgwt should be placed at xm from 40kgwt so as to balance the see-saw.
Since the see-saw is balance, net torque shold be zero.
τ=60g(1.5)40g(1.5)30g(1.5x)
20g(1.5)=30g(1.5x)
3=3(1.5x)
x=0.5m
Therefore, B is correct option.
