The locomotives approaching each other with the same speed of $95 ㎞ / h$
Then the relative speed of the locomotives
$v_{r e l a t i v e} = 95 + 95 = 190 ㎞ / h$
Initial distance between the locomotives is $8.5 ㎞$
$∴ t i m e = \frac{d i s t a n c e}{v_{r e l a t i v e}}$
$= \frac{8.5}{190} = 0.045 h$
