Let $C$ be the centre of mass of system.


From figure, $OC+CA=5\text{m}$ ....($i)$
We know that $\frac{OC}{CA}=\frac{m_2}{m_1}=\frac{10}{5}=2$
Putting $CA$ from $\left(i\right)$
$\Rightarrow \frac{OC}{5-OC}=2$
$\Rightarrow OC=\frac{10}{3}\text{m}$
