Recall the relative speed concept here, as they are riding in the same direction, relative speed = 5 - 3 = 2 km/hr

They'll meet at a point after starting when the difference of the distances travelled by A and B will be equal to the perimeter of the circular track.

Distance to be covered = perimeter of circular track = 6 km

As, Time = Distance/ Speed

Here the time taken= $\frac{6km}{2km/hr}=3hr$
