From the fourier's law we know that heat transfer through a plane wall is given as:

Here, area are same for both the rod,
Q=K4ΔTl
Q1=K1(T1T)l1
Q2=K2(TT2)l2

On equating both Q1 and Q2 we get
K1(T1T)l1=K2(TT2)l2
(T1T)=(TT2)
