Charge flow from high potential to low potential. If these metallic spheres are connected by a conducting wire final potential of the spheres will be equal.

Let, Q1 and Q2 are the final charges on the spheres, then
Common potential, V=Q1+Q2C1+C2

Charge on bigger sphere is Q12=C2V

Q12=(C2C1+C2)(Q1+Q2)

C1=4πϵoR1

C2=4πϵoR2

Q12=(R2R1+R2)(Q1+Q2) =(33+1)(51)×102 =34×4×102=3×102 C
