The correct option is B l1l2=11
In a closed pipe the 1st normal mode and first overtone is v4l2 and 3v4l2.
In a open pipe the 1st normal mode and first overtone is v2l1 and vl1.
Now, 3v4l2v4l2=5 and vl1v2l1=5.

Equating both of them we can see that l1l2=11.
