Let the number A is x and number B is y

Then 5% of a is $\frac{5}{100}x=0.05x$ and 4% of number B is $\frac{4}{100}x=0.04y$

Then 6% of a is $\frac{6}{100}x=0.06x$ and 8% of number B is $\frac{8}{100}x=0.08y$

As per given in question

$\therefore 0.05x+0.04y=\frac{2}{3}(0.06x+0.08y)$

$\Rightarrow 0.15x+0.12y=0.12x+0.16y$

$\Rightarrow 0.15x-0.12x=0.16y-0.12y$

$\Rightarrow 0.03x=0.04y$

$\Rightarrow \frac{x}{y}=\frac{4}{3}$
