Let the third number be x

Then Its number is 50% less i.e. , $\frac{x}{2}$

and 2nd number us 60% less i.e. , $x-x\times \frac{60}{100}=\frac{2x}{5}$

Now the first number is to the second number is $\frac{x/2}{2x/5}$

$\therefore$ required percentage $=\frac{x/2}{2x/5}\times 100=\frac{x}{2}\times \frac{5}{2x}\times 100=125$ %

$\therefore$ option C is correct.
