Let number be 2x and 3x such that their ratio is 2:3

(3x)∧3-(2x)∧3=9.728
27x∧3-8x∧3=9.728
19x∧3=9.728
x∧3=0.512
x=0.8
2*0.8= 1.6 and 3*0.8 =2.4

so the numbers are 1.6 and 2.4
