Given: Ratio of numbers = 5:7
Let the numbers be 5x and 7x.
Sum of the numbers = 252
$\Rightarrow$ 5x + 7x = 252
$\Rightarrow$ 12x = 252
$\Rightarrow$ x = 21
Larger Number = 7x = 7 $\times$ 21 = 147
$∴$ The Larger number is 147.
