The correct option is D 50
Let x and y be the two numbers. Then
xy=75 and xy=20
Cross multiplying the proportion
5x=7y or y=57x
So, xy=20
x57x=207x5x7=2x7=20
x=1402=70
y=57x=57×70=50
So smaller number is 50.
Check :xy=7050=75 and 7050=20
