The correct option is A 160
Let the numbers be 32a;83a.
When they are increased by 15, their ratio is 32:52
32a+1583a+15=32:52

3a+3028a+453=32:52

(3)(3a+30)2(8a+45)=35

(3a+302(8a+45)=15

15a+150=16a+90

a=60
So, the numbers are 32×60;83×60=90;160.
Hence the answer is 160.
