Let the third number be x.

Then, first number will be

$=120\%ofx=\frac{120x}{100}=\frac{6x}{5}$

and second number will be

$=150\%ofx=\frac{150x}{100}=\frac{3x}{2}$

$\therefore$ Ratio of first two numbers is

$=(\frac{6x}{5}:\frac{3x}{2})$

$=12x:15x$

$=4:5$
