Relative velocity of B w.r.t. A
vB/A=vBvA=10(31)^i+10^j
|vB/A|=10(31)2+12=10523ms1
tanα=1010(31)=131
Graphically: Velocity of B with respect to A
vB/A=vB+(vA)
From Fig., NS=MP=20sin30o=10
and ON=OMNM=20cos30o10=10(31)
|vB/A|=ON2+NS2
=10(31)2+(1)2
